EcoAfribuild Africa 2012 will be showcasing innovative and sustainable building solutions as entrepreneurs display alternative building technologies (ABT).
This event is set to raise awareness on ABTs through the exhibition, the speaker symposium and the Mini-Max architectural design competition. The Mini-Max competition challenges architects to come up with a design for a building that uses minimal resources with maximum efficiencies.
Sasol Chemcity plays a pivotal role in facilitating the commercialisation of innovative technology as well as entrepreneur support, enabling the establishment and growth of sustainable small and medium enterprise (SMEs).
Sasol Chemcity supports SMEs in the ABT space by providing technical and business support, including project management, business plan development, financial analysis and facilitation in raising capital to deliver technologies to market.
This helps SMEs become more competitive and profitable. Some of Sasol Chemcity ’ entrepreneurs will be showcasing their products at the Sasol Chemcity exhibition at stand D21.
The EcoAfribuild Africa exhibition is at Nasrec in Johannesburg from 15 to 18 August. Phone Ezette Castles on 016 960 5565 or email ezette.castles@sasol.com for more information.
